Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

• Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 business days.
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM in select areas.
• In-Store Pickup: Ready for pickup within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Cold Chain Management

We take special care to ensure that perishable items remain fresh throughout the delivery process:

• All refrigerated and frozen items are packed with appropriate cooling materials.
• Temperature-sensitive products are transported in temperature-controlled vehicles.
• Our packaging is designed to maintain proper temperatures for up to 8 hours after delivery.
• We recommend being available to receive your order or having someone accept the delivery to ensure optimal freshness.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method you choose:

• Standard Delivery: Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.99 flat rate
• Express Delivery: $9.99 (Free for orders over $100)
• Same-Day Delivery: $12.99 (Available in select areas)
• In-Store Pickup: Always free

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

• Logging into your Danbako account and viewing your order history
• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Contacting our customer service team with your order number

Delivery Windows & Instructions

For standard and express deliveries, you may select a preferred delivery date during checkout. Same-day orders will be delivered on the day they are placed, typically between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

You can provide specific delivery instructions during checkout, such as:

• Where to leave the package if you're not home
• Entry codes for apartment buildings
• Preferred entrance to use
• Contact preferences upon arrival

Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following restrictions on our shipping services:

• We currently only ship within the continental United States
• Certain perishable items may have limited shipping ranges
• Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery
• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes

Late, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is late, missing, or arrives damaged:

• Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date
• For damaged items, please take photos before opening the package further
• We will either resend your order or provide a full refund, depending on your preference
• Perishable items that are compromised due to delivery delays will be refunded or replaced

Holiday Schedule

Please note that we do not ship orders on major holidays, and processing times may be extended during holiday periods. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these times.
